This policy explains how Tactics Group collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you visit tacticsgroupco.com or contact us through it. We collect only what we need to respond to you and to run this website well, and we never sell personal data.

Tactics Group is the brand name of Tactics for Information Technology (تاكتيكس لتكنولوجيا المعلومات), an establishment registered in the Arab Republic of Egypt ("Tactics", "we", "us"). Tactics is the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

We process personal data in line with the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020 and its executive regulations.

2. What this policy covers

This policy applies to personal data we collect through this website, including its contact, booking and careers forms, and through messages you send us after finding us here (email, phone or WhatsApp). When we enter into a client engagement, the agreement for that engagement explains how data shared during the work is handled.

3. The personal data we collect

Information you give us

• Contact and booking forms: your name, organization, role, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, the subject of your enquiry, your message, and any date and time you prefer for a conversation.
• Careers form: your name, email address, phone number, area of expertise, LinkedIn profile link, your CV and any note you add.
• Direct messages: anything you choose to include when you email, call or message us.

Please don't send sensitive personal data (for example health information) or confidential business information through the website forms. If a conversation needs confidential detail, we will agree how to share it securely, including a non-disclosure agreement where appropriate.

Information collected automatically

• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, screen size and language.
• Usage data: pages visited, time on page, links clicked, the page that referred you, and campaign parameters (such as UTM tags) attached to the link you used.

Information from others If you reach us through a social platform (LinkedIn, Instagram or Facebook) or an advertising campaign, we may receive limited information from that platform, such as the campaign you responded to. What a platform shares is governed by its own privacy policy and your settings there.

We do not use your personal data for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

5. Who we share it with

We share personal data only where needed for the purposes above:

• Service providers that run parts of this website and our communications for us: website hosting, form handling and email delivery, website analytics, appointment scheduling and, when introduced, our customer relationship management (CRM) system. They may use the data only to provide their service to us.
• Our strategic partner in the UAE, Novera Legacy Integrated Solutions L.L.C. (Abu Dhabi), when your enquiry or engagement concerns work in the United Arab Emirates, so that it can be contracted and coordinated locally.
• Professional advisors such as lawyers, auditors and insurers, under confidentiality duties.
• Authorities where the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our clients or the public.
• A successor business if Tactics Group is reorganized, merged or sold, under the same protections set out here.

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use:

• Essential cookies: needed for the site to work and to remember your cookie choice. These are always on.
• Analytics cookies: help us understand how visitors use the site (for example through Google Analytics, loaded via Google Tag Manager). These are set only if you select "Accept all" or enable analytics in "Cookie settings".
• Advertising cookies: if we run campaigns, platforms such as LinkedIn or Meta may set cookies that measure campaign results. These are set only with your consent.

You can change your choice at any time through the "Cookie settings" link in the footer, or delete cookies in your browser settings.

7. International transfers

Some of our service providers store or process data outside Egypt. We transfer personal data outside Egypt only in line with the conditions of Law No. 151 of 2020, we use providers with recognized security standards and contractual protections, and we transfer only the data needed for the service.

8. How long we keep it

• Enquiries and booking requests: up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless an engagement follows.
• Job applications: up to 12 months after the role is filled, or longer if you ask us to keep your profile for future roles.
• Analytics data: up to 14 months.
• Data we must keep by law (for example for accounting): for the period the law requires.

When data is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it.

9. How we protect it

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the site, restrict access to personal data to people who need it, use providers with recognized security controls, and review our practices regularly. No system is completely secure; if a breach affects your personal data, we will notify you and the Personal Data Protection Center within the periods the law requires.

10. Your rights

Under Law No. 151 of 2020, you can:

• know what personal data we hold about you and get access to it;
• correct, update or complete data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
• ask us to delete your data;
• restrict the scope of how we use it;
• object to how we use it, including for any marketing;
• withdraw consent you have given, without affecting processing that happened before;
• be informed of any breach affecting your personal data.

To make a request, email [email protected] with the subject "Privacy request". We may ask you to confirm your identity, and we will respond within the period required by law. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Center in Egypt.

11. Marketing messages

We send insights or updates only if you have asked for them. Every message includes a way to unsubscribe, or you can email us at any time.

12. Children

This website and our services are intended for organizations and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Other websites

This site links to other websites and platforms, such as our social media pages and scheduling or map services. Their privacy practices are their own; please read their policies.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our website, services or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change significantly affects how we use your data, we will make it clear on this page.
